Your First Appointment:

Fill out your intake form prior to your appointment through our portal, Jane App. This helps speed up the process for us. Bring any imaging reports or fax them to our system at (941) 231-1002.

Wear comfortable clothing like active wear to allow for full range of motion and access to the areas we are working on. (There are bathrooms to change in)

1st session is 45 mins - includes the consult, evaluation and treatment. There is a lot of movement with the evaluation and treatment.

During the treatment, Dr. Sandy will be using her hands to get into the ligaments, tendons, and muscles and work on scar tissue and adhesions. There is a certain about of pain involved, like a hard workout, and also soreness after.

Being sore is totally normal. Excessive soreness (i.e. trouble walking) is not, and you can contact the office if you have further questions.

After the session:

  • Drink lots of water. Staying hydrated is key.

  • Move. Resume whatever movement you can.

Your Follow Up Appointments:

Follow up sessions are 15-20 mins long. Wear athletic comfortable clothing. We get right to the issue and start treating.
